Jobseekers often have fragmented career information, generic CVs and repeated application tasks, while employability organisations struggle to see what activity is actually taking place. Sanctuary HR is being developed to turn that fragmented process into a structured, auditable workflow.

- A structured Master Candidate Profile that acts as the source of truth rather than relying on one CV
- CV upload, parsing and improvement based on user-provided or verified information
- Job discovery and matching with a preference for official employer career pages
- Role-specific CV and application preparation
- Application workflow support while the candidate retains responsibility for final submission in the public user experience

Sanctuary HR is an internal Sanctuary technology venture bringing together employability practice, HR workflow design, AI-assisted matching, candidate data architecture and practical application support in a single web platform.
Why this project matters
The platform is intended to make employability support more measurable and more useful: helping candidates present stronger evidence of their capabilities while giving authorised organisations better visibility of progress, applications and outcomes.
